Meet Our Sporting Director – Alper Yaydan
With years of experience in youth academies and professional football clubs, I, Alper Yaydan, bring an extensive background in player development and high-performance coaching. I hold a UEFA B License and have worked as a coach in both youth and professional teams, refining my expertise in elite football environments.
My scouting career spans across the Balkan countries, where I have identified and nurtured talents for top-tier Turkish clubs. I completed my coaching internship in Germany, gaining firsthand experience in the rigorous training methodologies that define German football excellence. Additionally, I pursued a master’s degree in football and exercise science at Cologne Sport University, one of the most prestigious sports institutions in the world. Currently, I am furthering my expertise with a second master’s degree in soccer at Ohio University.
Despite my young age, I have accumulated significant experience in both professional and academy-level football. One of my proudest achievements is leading a U-13 team to a championship in the North Rhine-Westphalia league in Germany, showcasing my ability to develop young talents into competitive players.
Two years ago, I moved to New York after getting married, and my passion for football development remains as strong as ever. I am dedicated to bringing the best of German football training to the U.S., ensuring that young players receive elite-level education and tactical preparation.
